Prepare the pie dough.

Cook the Buffalo chicken filling.

Assemble and bake the hand pies.

Make the pie dough using a food processor or a pastry cutter

Cook the chicken and onion

Add the hot sauce and butter

While the filling cools, make the blue cheese dipping sauce

Assemble your little hand pies

Brush with a beaten egg for a golden finish

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes

Freeze for up to 3 months
