Before beginning, make sure your storage containers are clean, dry, and ready to use.
Melt the oils and butter in the saucepan over medium heat slowly, stirring occassionally.
Once they are almost melted, whisk in the cocoa powder and essential oil to thoroughly combine. Turn off the heat.
Carefully pour the mixture into a measuring cup that has a spout.
Pour the mixture to fill your lip balm storage containers.
Let the balm cool completely before capping and applying labels.
